Pedal Ranch Bikes’ 30-day product satisfaction guarantee applies to all products we stock. If you are unhappy with an item you’ve purchased from us, bring in your receipt and we’ll gladly help you with an exchange or refund. (This guarantee does not apply to special order items or clothing. All returned items must be in new or like-new condition.)
30 Day Price Protection Guarantee
If Pedal Ranch Bikes lowers the price within 30 days, on any item you purchased from us, we'll refund the difference when you bring in your receipt.
Fitting Service Guarantee
We’re so sure that you'll love your Pedal Ranch Bikes fitting that we guarantee it. All our fitting services are guaranteed for one year. If for any reason you feel you’re not benefitting from your fitting, we want to know. Call us and we'll work hard to make it right.
Road and Tri Bike Fittings
We understand the importance of proper fit when purchasing a new bike, so we provide a no-cost full body fit with all road and tri bike purchases. If a customer has already purchased a Pedal Ranch Bikes full body fit session, and buys a Road or Tri bike from us within 30 days, we’ll refund the cost of the fitting.
Free Accessory Installation
Most customers need a few extras with their new bike, such as a rack, fenders, lights, water bottle cage, or a computer. We will install all basic accessories you purchase the same day you buy your new bike, so you are ready to ride the minute your new bike leaves the store. (Custom installs are not included.)
1 Year Free Adjustments
During the first few months of riding, it’s normal for your new bike's cables to stretch and nuts, bolts, and bearings to "settle in." To ensure that everything settles well, we offer a FREE 1 year adjustment program. Call for an appointment or stop by as your bike settles in and we'll perform all normally needed adjustments for free.
